Suffering from a horrible migraine 2 days now any fast cures?

Hey everyone I can barely talk or even see this to type but I am a sufferer or daily headaches so I live off of excedrin for years now that's the only thing that helps. I have been taking my pain meds and excedrin a lot since yesterday because I have a horrible migraine j can't get up off the couch. Last year I had one this bad I missed 5 days of school and threw up many times. My stomach hurts constantly from all the meds i take from being in pain from headaches and my chronic neck pain . I need some quick migraine cures if possible I have three kids and hubby has been taking care of kids since yesterday because I just can't I feel horrible that I can't move. Are there any quick remedies? I've even been using heat and cold rags and Vicks and icy hot on my neck - everything ! This is so so so painful I've been crying so much that makes it even worse it thumps! My eyes hurts my ears my jaw my neck this is awful😢😢😢😢

I think it may be getting better. I woke up and took excredrin that's all I take because that's all that helps for me migraine and extra strength work the same for me so I just stick with the extra strength . I take so many mess I think that's why my dr hasn't prescribed me any migraine Meds because it wouldn't mix well with them. Hopefully this is the last of it I am so sick from it haven't left my house once all weekend😩
