Hot bath and showers?

The one thing i wondered is it common to see an improvement in numbness in your limbs after a hot shower or bath?  Because my symptom almost completely go for awhile untill my body temp returns to normal...

I can only seem to find people saying it makes there symptoms worse..

If you have had a clear MRI and you actually feel better after a hot shower or a bath...my guess is you don't have MS.  I know you have posted on the Lyme board as I read there about your clean test results.  You might want to follow up on their suggestions.  What do the doctors say about your symptoms?

Its so frustrating not knowing what i have wrong with me,

My dr isnt quite sure,  i know i have been under alot of stress these last few years,even before my symptoms started.

But i dont think it is stress related. i mean i fell quite relaxed at the moment and im still numb

I live in Michigan.  And.....it gets really cold in February....

@ 7 years ago, my wife went out to lunch with a girlfriend on Sunday p.m.\

NFL season was over....

And....I was home alone....and decided ..."...I am going to take a bath...".   I hadn't taken a bath since I was in a hottub on vaca with my wife a few years earlier.

So....I ran a warm bath...and got in...and after @ 30 seconds, I COULD NOT MOVE!!!

My first thought....."...well, it has been a good 45 years...."

And I struggled up to faucets to turn on cold water which cooled down bath....and  I lived another day.

And to this day....my once a week shower kicks my  butt....

And...as I sat there, unable to move, I remember reading how pre-MRI, the hot/warm water test was a diagnostic tool.
