been a while...need info

Hello to all,
Have not been on for a while as I have been dealing with a very nasty flare up and very nasty depression. Need to check with others and see if there is anyone who has lost the ability to talk or eat...drinking foods now...with their spasticity and weakness in the upper body. Would appreciate any replies.
