Twitching pain weakness

Hi all been too neuro he did MRI EMG NCV blood tests. All looks clear rheumy did tons of blood all look good.

Need advice what to do next?..

I have twitching mainly in legs that comes and goes tremor feeling in legs. Pain in legs feet and hands. Fatigued muscles that come and go mainly arms and legs. Pain in hands that comes and goes.

I am just so wiped out and don't know how I'll feel day to day. Not sure it's ms but confused about what to do next?..

Typically, you won't get an MS diagnosis without the tell tale lesions showing up in an MRI. You might ask for evoked potentials or a lumbar puncture.
