I bought some EZ Vents from edgepark to see how they work. Sometimes I go a long time without eating and gas builds up in my pouch. I read the directions and I believe I understand how to put it on but it states it should be done 24 hours before use, sometimes I dont know I am going to change it within 24 hours. Does everyone wait the 24 hours? What is the best way to make a hole in the pouch? Thank you for your responses.

I used to put them on AFTER I put the pouch on and had no problem. I wear a one piece and have figured out how to make the opening from inside. I have to position the vent in the right place.

I do the same. Sometimes I use a pair of tweezers to pull the cut pieces out of the openinng to make it more open. I wear a one piece and don't have much room, but it works for me.
