LOL, the noise will quiet down significantly after a few weeks when the swelling goes down. It also may be a bit more difficult than an end ileo to manage leaks and output seeping under the wafer when the swelling goes down too (more likely to retract flat against your tummy as well as squirt output downward instead of out), so you may want to have a few different supplies (like eakin seals) on hand to experiment with.
