Hi all,
I ran 13 1/2 miles 3 months after take down. It really did take me about
3 months to get my legs back in running shape so temper expectations and just focus on day to day improvement and eventually you'll get there.

Wow, great stuff... I can't wait to start getting back into my running and cycling again.
Does extensive exercise like that have any adverse effect on the pouch? Looser stools, cramp, leaking?
