I'm working through finding a new appliance that will work better for me, and I have a few samples that I won't be using. I would like to get these to someone who either uses these items already or is interested in trying them. It just seems wasteful to let them gather dust in my closet or throw them away. :-( No cost, of course, but I would prefer to mail to U.S. addresses only. It's just easier for me that way. At any rate, if you are interested in any (or all) of these items....please email me at run4pancakes at gmail dot com with your mailing address and which items you want and they are all yours. First come, first serve. I will come back here an update as to what is spoken for as I receive emails. Ok....here's what I have:
1) One Hollister 1 piece Premier drainable pouch, Cut-to-Fit, Flex wear skin barrier with tape, clear (8031)
I randomly got this one from Edgepark. I called them up to explain what I'm looking for and the lady I talked to was really nice. Then a few days later I got this one random pouch in the mail. I have no idea about
the others we talked about
, if they are coming, etc. At any rate, it's flat and I need convexity so it's all yours if you want it.
2) Four Convatec ActiveLife One piece Drainable, Cut to Fit pouch with Durahesive Plus Skin Barrier, 12" Opaque (clip closure) #400599
I did request samples directly from Convatec and this was one they sent me. Again, these are flat and I need convexity. I think this one was my fault filling out the online form wrong....at any rate, they are available. There is one clip in the bag with the four pouches.
3) Three Convatec Esteem Synergy adhesive coupling set-ups:
3 of the barriers: Esteem Synergy Stomahesive Skin barrier with white flexible collar, small, cut to fit (#405456)
3 of the pouches: Esteem Syngery drainable pouch with filter and InvisiClose tail closure, 12", opaque, right sided, small (#410810)
I really liked this system and did try it out even though it's also flat (that's what convinced me I really *do* need convexity, thus I'm skipping the others). I will be writing up a review on my blog later today, but I liked it enough that I called Convatec and they are sending me the convex version to try out (which has the moldable wafer--new to me). The barriers are still sealed in their individual packets and I do have the three remaining filter cover stickers for the pouches.
So....there it is. Please let me know if any of these will work for you and I'll get them on their way.
