Free Box of Bags

When I was discharged, the hospital accidentally sent me home with the wrong type of bag. I tracked down the right kind (I use two-piece convex) and got what I needed, but I'm sure the hospital won't take back supplies once I've had them at home and opened the box. So... I have a spare box of bags for anyone who wants them.

It is a box of ten ConvaTec "ActiveLive" flat One-Piece Drainable Pouches. They include the cut-to-size 3/4 - 2.5 inch flange with labeled measurements for cutting. Box comes with one clip.

This is intended only for those whose supplies are not covered by insurance. If you are interested, email me your physical mailing address, and I will mail the box out on Monday. (U.S. residents only, please.) If you are experiencing financial hardship, please include that in your email -- if I get multiple people interested, I'd like to send it to whoever is in the most need. Thanks.

Yeah I haven't had any responses yet. If nobody is interested maybe I'll check with my ostomy nurse. I'd hate to end up having to just throw them away... A box like this is priced at almost $50 online. :-/

Or a seniors home, that's where I took mine and they were so pleased to have them.

Definitely find a place for them. If you have a local support group call them. Ours has a nurse who comes to the meetings and people are giving her supplies all the time that she is able to pass along to needy people.
