My inital surgery was a j-pouch with connection, so I have not had a bag stage in the middle.. BUT, this surgery was the best thing in my life!!! SO< that being said, there ARE somethings you'll need to know
1~ You may leak out your bum for a bit.. wear a pad. I found that pads made for men actually have a wider section that works well to cover that part of your panties.. they are kinf of shaped like a jock cup..but very handy to say the least!
2~ be careful when you squat, or do anything that may cause your cheeks to seperate, this may cause leaking.. and so will coughing/sneezing type stuff..
3~ (this may not be on your need to know list, but you may find it helpful), when hubby and I have sex I avoid top. It still seperates my cheeks in a way that make me leak. He has a good attitude about it, I am just forwarning you..
Honestly, this is not a bad surgery at all! Hope it all goes well for you.. if you ahve any other questions, feel free to ask. My email is public..
