Newly diagnosed: chest pressure, muscle spasms

I am a 43 year old female, otherwise healthy, active. Recently diagnosed. Taking requip. Waiting for next appt with dr, but this seems to be all I think about, so thought I would ask here.
A couple of things that i didn't before relate to the Parkinson's diagnosis now appear to be related, as they disappear with meds & often return before taking next dose.
Does that sound like a correct line of thinking?
I have a heavy feeling in/on my chest, but no shortness of breath.
I also experience muscle cramps/spasms/pressure under my rib cage. Just under bra strap area, in the front. I had an appt & had to drive the other morning so I didnt take the morning dose of Requip. The muscle spasms were so bad that for days the muscles all the way around to my back hurt.
But again, taking the meds aleviates both.

Have you tried or noticed any positive effect of zolidern (ambian) on your motor symptoms ? something we are looking into..
