Parkinsons drugs effect on blood?

Hello again,
Being the first time i did not do too well with my first post, so trying it again.
Taking care of my mother who has been dx with PD, third year now taking Levodopa (Stalevo) and Mirapex and a couple of months ago her doc also prescribed Azilect. Movement improved (she was having""frosen on the spot" moments), smell OK, she walks in the room a little only, because of pain in legs.
Has cramps, but not always, just lately more painful.
Early july got low blood haemoglobin test. Then improved (fed her with all kind red fruit and juice and what not that i found useful), and now it is low again, so doc offers eritrocit infusion. She does not want to go to hospital! (Refused it the first time).

Just interested if anyone is taking so many drugs, may be would be a good idea to decrease some? Or if Stalevo might affect the blood cells?

I am afraid of that infusion, her age and risk of complications...
But talking her into it anyway, as the doctor says she needs some "fuel"...
