Parkinson's and burst blood vessels in eyes

Hi there! I've just joined- seems like a great community!

My 70 year old mother was diagnosed with PD 10 years ago. Recently she has been taking an L-Dopa "booster" for increased symptoms. Around the same time, however, the blood vessels in her eye began to burst, and this hasn't cleared up in about 4 weeks. Doctors have seen no linkage here- has anyone experienced this?

My mom gets them time to time. I don't think it's harmful unless she has high blood pressure. People with PD have trouble with their eyes getting enough tears and so the dryness may cause the vessels to burst. I get them too and I don't have PD. It happens.
