MS Bluebird, glad you bumped this.  I was digging around last week looking for it. I have found a reasonable solution for me for this problem of peeing during sex or climax.  I am fully continent and can control sudden demand urges.  I am at the stage of using Caverject injections.  The injection does give me an erection, however achy or painful they are.  It closes the veinous valves that keep blood in the penis and to some extent urine out of it during sex.  What I have found to work is to use a smallish diameter pump ring or penis ring after acheiving an erection to keep the urine from escaping.  With a little experimenting, I found the right size that keeps me dry.  I bought a kit consisting of a ring applicator and a set of different sized rings.  This set is for men who can acheive erections on their own, or with injections, but may need a little help keeping it erect due to leakage of blood past the veinous valves.  This kit provides a method to stretch and apply the ring on the penis, like is done with the penis pump systems, without using a pump, for those fortunate enough to get natural or chemically assisted erections.  The ring needs to placed on the penis as close to intercourse as possible and removed immediately after, to not constrict the penis any longer that necessary, especially if you are using it with injections.  30 minutes is the suggested time to keep it on.  I even use one of these rings with the Vacurect pump to keep the blood in during morning shower and shave for therepy.  Here's a link to the supply house I got mine from:   Encore Impo Aid Ring Kit http://www.vitalitymedical.com/vitalitymedical.storefront/478f6c2f0198a5c62719424d36230689/Product/View/ENC44023-001_ea I hope this info can help others who are struggling with the wet sex problem.
