Since my surgery nearly 5 months ago, I have been following the doctor's ED therapy religiously. This includes both the pump and Cialis. Recently, I have been reading here that the bimix/trimix injections help with recovery of erectile function, at least with the veinous valve function. I have been blessed with early recovery of enough erectile function to have penetrative sex virtually every time with only the Cialis. (I have yet to try without.) This started as early as allowed to after surgery - at four weeks.
Even with early success, I am interested in getting back to my old self as quickly as possible and as much as possible. Other than using Cialis (which I may or may not need) the only things I can complain about is a) more manual stimulation required than before surgery, and b) more time to reach a full erection. Would I benefit further from injections, or is the cost/risk/hassle of injections not worth it in my case? Thanks
