Testicular pain after orgasm/Was No Subject

 I had Robotic Radical surgery on June 19th. Minor leakage which I expected..Libido is good but cannot acheive erection also no surprise, however can acheive dry orgasm. My concern is after orgasm I have testicular pain, mild but it lasts sometimes for a day or two. Anyone else have this situation? I take 20mg of Cialis per day as prescribed for blood circulation but dont think the pain is a side effect.

i have not had the pain. actually have not been able to obtain a useable erection since surgery. did have one orgasm but not not have much pain afterwards.

bgerber, I had that problem after surgery as well. I believe it will eventually go away. Mine did. However, if you are concerned, or if it doesn't seem to get better, talk to your surgeon. Let us know how things go.

I also had pain after my early dry orgasms. When I read your post, I was reminded of a funny conversation I had with someone from this site. I asked him the same question because I was concerned that perhaps it was too early. I told him it hurt like heck. His response to me was funny because he said it very knowingly and it made us both crack up...he said, "I bet the pain didn't keep you from doing it again now did it?" I had to admit it didn't. Just goes to show what us guys are willing to endure for that orgasm :)

Good luck. It has been a long time since I remember experiencing any pain. I think it's all a normal part of the healing process.

Jeff had pain the first few times he had orgasms after surgery. We think it was part of the healing process, but like someone else said, check with your doctor just to be sure. even now, almost 2 years later, Jeff will say that sometimes his orgasms are very, very intense. best wishes on your continuing recovery...kat
