I am new to this and I am not sure what I should be asking.
My Father in law was diagnosed with Prostate cancer in 2006 but he seemed to be doing okay until this January when it seemed like everything went spinning out of control. He started having blood in his urine and they thought it was a bladder infection until they did more tests and found that the tumor on his prostate was growing and pushing into his bladder. He had a procedure done where they went up to his prostate and removed what they could of the tumor to stop the pressure on his bladder. He then found out that he had yet another tumor in his bladder so the put Nafrostomy tubes into both kidney to bypass the bladder. Has anyone else has these tubes? Since he has had those tubes put in he has had several urinary tract infection and one so serious that it went to his blood and he was hospitalized with a serious blood infection. He had a MRI and they found more tumor....a large one on his lower spine and another on this left hip, he has just finished radiation on those spots and tomorrow he is starting Chemo.
Please is anyone has any information that they can pass on I would really appreciate it. Thank you for your time.
Sincerly,
Worried Daughter in law
