I thought I was doing okay on this, but it seems to have worsened a bit.
I've also been taking it easy but I hope to be more active soon. I suspect it will get worse with increased activity? Does drinking more fluids make it worse?
This is getting annoying.
I am only a few days post-cath.
I understand that it generally gets a lot better over time. Is there anything you do specifically to make it better (I've been advised to hold off on the Kegels for a few weeks) or did your body just seem to adjust somehow and improve on its own?
