Just Received Post-Op Pathology Report-

Just got the post-op path report and it was great! Gleason 3+4 (same as before), no lymph node or seminal vesicle invasion, 5% tumor involvement in each lobe, clean margins all around, some perineural invasion but appears to be limited to nerves within the prostate (not the coveted erection bundles). Based on this report, it appears they got it all. Time will tell but I'm pretty psyched for the moment. Makes the catheter infinitely more tolerable:)

"Positive margins all around" Sounds like you wanted to say "negative margins" instead.

Congratulations.  I think that's about as good a report as you can get.

Now the continence and ED issues. 

I hope they'll turn out as well as your post-op pathology report.

Thanks, guys! We all get the welcome into the "unwelcome" PCa club, but I'm definitely happy with the prospect of (hopefully) joint the zero club.
