I'm a little biased, but have you looked at www.PCRI.org?  The newsletter page has some very helpful articles.

I would also look at Dr Charles "Snuffy" Myers' short online videos - there are a bunch, and they are 4 min to 10 min long - so easy to watch.  See http://askdrmyers.wordpress.com
