Since you asked the chemo is a lot of new feelings going through my body and mind; besides the initial chemo on Monday I also received the HT Zoladex just below the skin. When that was implanted and during the cisplatin drip, at the same time, I got a little light headed for couple of minutes but then it went away. The etoposide drip was already finished so maybe it was a combo of all three...Anyway took home 16 etoposide 50mg pills with 3 anti nausea pills to be congested Tues and Wed which I finished several hours ago. Last night I got the strongest urges to get some water but for side effects I would call them hardly mentionable. I expect the SE will diminish as the days go by...as for earlier today I saw the new Uro and I had one question about the the Neuroendocrine carcinoma and it was, "Did it start in the lungs and move to the prostate or vice-versa" and his response was "just guessing but probably started in the prostate". I was thinking the opposite but it seems that this bilateral treatment seems the right way...
Cant make it to GFMPH (I thought about it)...too many variables...I submitted my story to YANA Sunday, hasn't been approved yet, but I will be posting over there when it is...
Thanks for the asking...God be with us all..........
