Just got off the phone with an associate at Francks. They informed me that the ED compounds were not affected by the recall and the FDA issued a blanket recall that included all sterile compounds. She also gave me a hotline nr. to call to arrange for a free new vial in about a week. 352-690-6773. From my number of responses on the last post, I guess I am the only one who uses this pharmacy.

I know this pharmacy is one of those we suggest to those who need mail order, so I suspect it is just that the right folks have not been by the board lately.

I didn't know this additional info until i called this AM. Received the letter Sat. Franck's was closed for the weekend.
