Yeah....even with seeds there is little to no ejaculate. That is not a huge problem when somehow, orgasm itself is more intense.

dry, of course, except for some pre-semen from a working cowpen's gland that was left in place

but the big "O", so much longer lasting and intense, for me, honestly better than ever was pre-PC days

trading off the "wet" for the "intense" was worth it to me, and no mess, ever

Well for me woody is ok, it does take more effort, but just a vague orgasm..

Its been a touch over a year..Not sure why there isn't much of one but now because boner is good but I am thinking it's gone forever.

But yea what everyone else says, its dry exceot for occasionally minor leakage...

Be patient with your return to normal sexual function. Many guys, myself included, take over a year for the nerves to heal enough to sustain a good woody. Daily Cialas helps for sure. The better the woody the less urine leakage. Like others say its dry, dry, dry. Unfortunately, my libido has also been lowered too.

The trick is to learn the technical terms for all the side-effects and practice your British accent. That way if you pee when you come you can say "Sorry my dear, spot of climacturea -- bloody nuisance, that" while you change the sheets. Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be such a term for "dry orgasm" (which you will almost certainly have) so I will invent one. We can call it "physiological disonanism."

One thing to remember is that the term "use it or lose it" really, really applies to your sex life after RP. Most men have at least some ED after RP and it can take anywhere from 6 months to four years to get back where you were. During that time you have to work to stay in the game so your parts don't shrivel up from disuse. Don't be shy in asking your urologist for pills, pumps, injectables -- whatever you need to keep your hydraulics in shape while the nerves recover.

As for post-RP orgasms, put me down for less-intense but longer lasting. I tend to think "Oh, is that all there is?" but then I realize that it's not over. By the time I am finished with it the total is fairly satisfying but I do miss the big WHAM I used to get.

What is an erection ? Let along a dry orgasm or even a wet one !
