Congratulations for a job well done at HW as a moderator and participant. As a young survivor you represent the best in prostate cancer advocacy in our country. Your labor in promoting prostate cancer awareness, knowledge and support here and in other PCa forums continues. Keep up the good work. Godspeed my friend!

Tony, as everyone has expressed thanks for all you have done here, NV and DC in bringing attention to PC. Also sorry to see your friend D.E. is not doing well right now. Read his blog this morning and really feel for him and his family.

This place will definitely miss your expertise, Tony. It's no doubt a huge loss. I think you brought a balanced, moderate approach to this site that contributed to its credibility.

You are a class act. What a voice you are for PC. I do not envy Peter as he tries to find a replacemant.

You never offended me, but I 'm not too happy with you now. ( just kidding )

Hope to see you around here once in a while, at to give us a little insight into what is going on.

I am touched by all the very warm comments. Thank you to each and everyone. It means a lot to me.

I am just now separated from the disagreements, the fusses, the day to day ~ you know, the fun stuff. I'll still be getting my entertainment, just in other ways, lol. And I will post relevant information as I come across it. Running the live group depends on seeing your experiences too. I am better at it because of you all sharing.

Still the time is right. And I will try to use the time more efficiently in new ways. And as a man of very deep faith, my calling is to my ministry. My studies have intensified and I have much work to do.

My goodness. What a beautiful group of people.

Tony, thanks for all you did and all you do. You, sir, will be missed. I can't say that I blame you for wanting to get away from all the bickering and back-biting...this is one of the reasons I don't post very often anymore. The climate here has certainly changed in the last year or so. There are plenty of more learned people than me to educate the new folks, though I still will post a response from time to time, and can't count the folks I could thank from when I first sought advice.

Extra prayers should be said for our friend David Emerson, who deserves them at this critical time. For those of you who don't know David , do the search to get to his blog. Search FLHW.

Shoot me an e-mail if need be.

You have been one of those angels who has been so unselfish with your time, knowledge and resources for all of us. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all the hours you have donated to us and to the cause. You were one of the first ones that welcomed me into the doors of HW when my world turned upside down in February of 2011. Best wishes in your ministry blessing the lives of those you will serve.

May God bless you in your endeavors lightening the burden that so many have to carry as they experience life.

Hi Tony,
When 'we' joined HW a month after you in early 2007, you reached out to us in a global (virtual) 'hug' making some joke about Australians which continued for the next 5 years!! This was in your pre-mod days. Then your service as a Moderator - well, we had the priviledge of witnessing it all. Well done - and may all your work and service to others be blessed.

Maybe now with all the time you are going to have on your hands, it is time for a visit 'down-under'? I am sure Billy_Mac would relish the opportunity to show off his golf skills. CJ would like to meet you. And I would like to get you as a guest speaker where I work... so we have plans.......if you are passing don't forget to call in! If you are speaking to an Australian audience however, you'll need to work on your spelling further... just thought I would mention it for the last time! Love & peace, Lana & CJ xx

You were among the first to reach out to Don and I and believe me, we needed that warm welcome you gave us! And in the years since, well we've lost a number (any number is too many) of friends, most recently David Emerson.

You must go where your heart leads and I am so very happy you are able to do that! You are well equipped for your future work and they are so very fortunate to have you!

I started this blog when I saw my friend David's blog. It is not nearly as good but it made me reflect on my own experience. I recommend a journal for everyone here. It helps you reflect on your own experience. Here's mine...
