Be thankful for the internet. This was all a big learning experience for us all, unless any of happen to be uros. , radiation oncologists, etc.   Even a FP Doc. would need to do a crash course in CaP diagnois & treatment. So, join the party.

Who says us old dogs can't learn new tricks ?? But can you imagine how much more we would be at the mercy of some of the Docs. who are looking out mainly for their own interests and not the patient's, without the resources of the internet, such as this forum ??

I learned about CyberKnife by surfing the net. No Dr. I ever talked to told me about that option. I had my plan in place before I met with my new Uro. after doing my research and luckily, he is a great guy who said he would support anything I was interested in ( with my numbers ). He recommended RRP, but has worked with me in a great fashion since my decision to have CK.
