PSA went down again... Bouncing like a red rubber ball!

Hope you are all doing well. I want to remind any newcomers. A diagnosis of low risk PCa does NOT mean you have to treat it. Watch it for at least 6 months to a year... I'm in year FOUR!

Diet changed.

Treatment: AS, No red meat, little dairy, lots of fruits, nuts, veggies.

Twice a year visit to the urologist, check PSA, nothing special really. I have retained my weight loss and continue to avoid animal based protein, sans chicken and fish. I try not to obsess on the fact that I have PCa and believe I will die with it, but not from it.

I'm not going to go through annual biopsies. I tried to follow all of that stuff, but I could never get any momentum. Seams like smoke and mirrors for the most part.
