Terry, I am so glad that you are able to go and be there to say goodbye.

I am shocked at how much I have been touched by Bud in life and now with his death. He was one of the best men I have come across. He was a devoted family man, he adored his wife, girls and Ms Gigi. He dealt with is cancer as if it were just another mountain to climb. He was always supportive and caring, always took time out to send a meaningful post or email. It is hard for me to come to HW these past few days, I continue to ask myself, "wonder when Bud will sign in and give his input" And then I remember. The last email I shared with him, we were discussing his hair loss and how his daughter was telling him that they would make a special day for him to shave his head. I suggested he shave since men with shaved heads were just down right sexy. he thought that was terribly funny, but wasnt ready to shave his head. He was just such a sweet man.

I will think of him often, and will be honored to meet him when I get to Heaven. In the meantime, he would want me/us to continue to support and give advice to those dealing with PCa, and I will do the best I can. Hopefully my best will show him the respect that he deserves from me.

Bud, I will miss you!

I've been away for awhile, but certainly didn't expect to see this when I got back.

Bud was one of the good guys, who, even though you didn't know him personally, seemed like the kind of fellow that would be your friend, and a real joy to be around.
I wish his family peace at this time, and send my sincere condolences on the loss of a good man.

So nicely sad...thank you, David!  The forum isn't the same without our Bud...

I will post more when I get home tomorrow, but the funeral service this morning for our Raddad was beautiful. I saw Bud smiling down on and I know he is a better man in a better place cancer and pain free. I was so honored when his fantastic family asked me to be one of the pallbearers.

Again Terry, so glad you could be there for Bud and also to represent all of us at HW. And then to be asked to be a pallbearer as well - yes, you / we were with him all the way. . . . Thanks........

Terry, thank you for being there for Bud and his family. Also, thank you for representing his HW brothers and sisters at the services. That was awesome of you.

I just found out about Bud this morning after reading the email concerning Cajun Jeff's plans for Saturday the 20th. Sorry for the late reply-I've been a bit lax about keeping up with the message boards lately. I only met Bud once at Jeff's place last April but I remember him as being very friendly. He seemed to be one of those guy who stands out in a crowd. I'm happy to have been able to meet him.
