I cut out everything, coffee, cappuccino, juice, soft drinks, alcohol and even cut down on plain water. After 6 months of that I leaked like a sieve, and was rather grouchy. So I added back a few things (coffee, cappuccinos, juice, and the occasional soft drink and glass of wine. 3 years later I still leak like a sieve, but I don't really care, and M much happier!

The coffee really does turn you into a pissing race horse.

Unfortunately...can...not...function....without.........coffee! Bring a big empty plastic cup with you and tell everyone you are just drinking lemonade!

If anyone has figured out a way to drink caffeine without the diuretic effect...man we are all ears!
