Once again, some outstanding pictures from a skilled photographer. Shared all of them with my wife tonight, as we are unlikely to ever make it to that region of the country. The bear pictures scared her, deathly afraid of them.

As usual, awesome! For us in big cities, just looking at these photos is good for health.

I live less than 3 hours from any of three entrances to Yellowstone and see a lot of pictures. These are better than most. We were there a week ago Monday and saw a couple of wolves about 150 yards away. Too quick and too far for pictures. We'll go back on Saturday to see what we can see.

(The guys in #3&4 are complete fools - One of the top 10 causes of hospital visits from the park is buffalo goring/trampling/stomping)

I offer, as a public service to groups I belong to, "what to see in Yellowstone" if you have half a day, a full day, a week, whatever. Guys in my BBQ group are the only ones to take it up thus far.

I prefer the park in spring and fall. Spring because it is green and the water is high. Fall because most of the tourists have gone home and many of the critters are moving to lower elevations.

Ed, I may know some spots you have not found for your next visit. You just have to be willing to walk.

I love good photography - I don't even know the correct words to describe it; but the balance, contrast, etc. were excellent.

I would LOVE it. You know I can't tell you or put into words the beauty and skill you have. I've had people say the same on simple pictures I've done. Haven't had time or money to actually "learn", but you have the "eye".
