Welcome Dan P, can we do anything for you? You mentioned Gleason 6 scores other than 3+3. Do you know someone with that diagnosis?

Ah, well welcome then. You are right that in general when we talk about Gleason 6 cancer we are ignoring those other two possibilities. I don't think they are seen very often and usually the context of the discussion makes it clear that we are talking about cancers where the Gleason grade 4 and 5 cells are not present (and, thus, generally lower risk cancers).
