Anyone else have painful climax after RP?

Haven't posted for a while but I check-in daily. I've had 5 psa reading since I had my surgery back in November of 2011 and am glad to say that I'm still in the undetectable range. My next reading is in December and really haven't been too stressed about it.Im still dealing with incontenance, but it's getting better. As far as the E.D. I can get it up with are without the blue pill but work better with the pill.
Made appointment with my doctor because the last three times I did it, at the peak of Excitement and just before I'm getting ready to blow, I get this sharp pain in my Growing area that last until the excitement is gone. Never had any problem like this before. At first I thought it might be gas pains but not really sure. Is this something are not. Just wondering if anybody else Experienced anything like this .

In the first few months resuming sex after my open RP, some orgasms would hurt a little bit, kind of a deep dull hurt, in that area beneath my scrotum. But it faded over time. Sometimes now with my spreading chronic pain issues, I hurt a little bit after sex, not a sharp pain, mostly dull, but enough to know its hurting, but it doesn't last too long.

Early on, I experienced some aching similar to what we used to call "blue balls". I attributed that to some epidydimal congestion, and my urologist agreed. We've basically had robotic vasectomies, and it takes time to get used to it.

Still get a dull ache once in a while, but it seems to be subsiding. The orgasms have been good, but getting even better with time.
