Daily Cialis

Right now it is for increased blood flow to the area to hopefully promote healing. It took me about 3 months to see any meaningful results, another 3 months for it to be good enough for penetration. You are still early in the process, so try and be patient, but also don't give up trying. If you had no ED issues before surgery, you should recover. At almost exactly one year, I started being able to perform without meds. Best of luck to you.

As Tom said, at this point the idea is mostly for it to improve the blood flow to prevent atrophy wile you recover. If it happens to "work" at any point that is great but you shouldn't be too disappointed if it doesn't right away. Surgery typically causes nerve-damage ED for a period that is anywhere from a couple months to two years. Until the nerves heal (which takes time) none of the popular boner pills will help much with sex. If you are not getting any result at all after a few weeks more you might talk to your doctor about injections -- many men do and most men should.

I think daily Cialis takes three or four days to reach a steady state level. But keep your expectations realistic.

I was using Cialis daily 5mg before surgery. It reached a good affect in about five days. After about ten days I was having morning erections upon wake-up.

The daily dose was prescribed for me as a rehab aid (blood flow improvement). Not expected to help recover the nerve function, as mine were removed, so natural erection was not expected to happen unless there was some nerve growth and re-connection over time. It is only possible, not probable, and can take years.

So I am taking it with no expectations.
