pee in ejaculation

I had radical prostatectomy 4 years ago. Viagra works for me. I do have pee when I ejaculate. Does anyone else have this condition? And how do your partners feel about this?

What you are describing is called "climacturea" and it is very common among men who have had their prostates removed. Before your operation you had two urinary sphincters and the one you still have is the one designed to loosen up when you climax (so that men ejaculate forward instead of backward into their bladders.)

There are a wide variation of reactions among our partners. In theory the bit of urine is harmless and they shouldn't mind it. In theory.

My usual advice is to learn to say the word "climacturea" with a silly British accent, as in "Sorry m'dear, bit of climaturea there, what. Let me get you a towel."

Yes: I had great urine control since the cath was removed, but for the first years or so I had a few urine "accidents" during climax. It sounds simplistic, and obvious, but I find that if I force myself to totally empty my bladder immediately prior to sex, there is no problem at all. But the key is push out every last drop just before sex. If you are having vaginal sex, your partner will never know the difference if a few drops leak out. During other "activities" you may want to be in "totally empty bladder mode". Try it. Good Luck!
