Hello Ene,
We have success stories here but I am not one of them... yet. An implant is my last option, too. My current plan is to probably deploy that option somewhere around the end of the year.
There are lots of things to try. Some you need your doctor's help. Some you can do on your own. You might try a constricting band (cock ring) they do help some men. We had quite a discussion on a recent thread (
here. You can also try a vacuum erection device with a tension ring (they usually come with the device). They work pretty well for most guys. Then there are the pills. You'll have to talk to your doctor about
those. They can be expensive and there are several types, some of which work better for one man than for another. Ask your doctor if he has any samples. That way you can know whether they work for you, or whether they just give you a headache, or a backache, or a stuffy nose, or make everything look blue, before you spend the big bucks. If pills don't work there are self-injections. They are easier to do than you think. And if those don't work, then you talk about
your last option.
Lots of stuff to try, but with a good attitude it can be enjoyable doing the research.
