Started “Paleo diet” in 2013. Only eat what I plausibly could have fished, hunted, or gathered 40,000 years ago (but not with current skill set). No processed food of any kind. No sugars. No starch. Feel physically strong and best in years on this diet.

Todd, I have been staying away for a while in a self imposed exile from all things Pca. I have checked once or twice I must admit.
Something told me to check in on things today and WOW THERE IT IS!!!
Congrats on the great report, it surely brightened my day.
Ms WW, I am also very glad to see the Mr's good news.
Look forward to seeing both the WWs and Todd in NY in September.
Keep them low numbers coming,
Sonny

For a guy with your starting stats, all the battles you have faced and won, its truly amazing news, so very happy for you, that really gives you a lot of breathing room for the future with a reading that remarkably low. Good for you.

If you go to Atlanta in June, I live about
2 1/2 hours north off of Interstate 85. A half-way point for me would be Commerce, GA, right on the Interstate, if you were interested in hooking up for lunch or something. I could handle half the distance, but not the entire way, nor the traffic in Atlanta. If interested, let me know. Shame for you to be so close if you make the trip. Don't get any chances to meet any of the west coast brethren.

Commerce is famous for being one of the largest Outlet Mall stops on the east coast of the US, lots of good places to eat along the exits there.

I will let you know David. Nothing in stone yet. I just had a friendly chat with my friend at the Atlanta facility. He did say it needs to happen though. #shrugs

Sonny there is nothing wrong with Pca breaks. I take them all the time. It helps with my sanity. I will call you soon.

Man can live about
forty days without food, about
three days without water, about
eight minutes without air, but only for one second without hope.
Rock on Todd.
