Shure you can! If you tell your doctor STOP he has to follow, but will give you some warnings. It is not safe to do so, if the patient has active bone metastases and is castration resistant! If he is hormone dependent/naïve with or without bone mets, it might be safe, because early use of zoledronic acid did not prolong survival nor does it significantly increase the time for SREs.

Wash-out time for zoledronic acid is about 5 years, but for denosumab ½ year.
