Well it seems my urologist was pleased with my latest PSA test although I am a little concerned. My last psa test was in June while I was still on casodex and was scheduled for me next Lupron injection. That one came back at <.1. When I met with him in June I complained of overall bone pain and he recommended that I stop taking Casodex but to continue with the Lupron. I got my Lupron shot on June 20th and then met with a radiation oncologist on June 24th. The radiation oncologist declined treatment claiming that I received all the treatment that I need and that because I was on ADT that my true psa could not be known. I was scheduled for my next Lupron on September 19th but because the radiation oncologist declined treatment my urologist recommended that I skip the September Lupron shot. I had my PSA checked on September 10th and it came back at .3. Although it has risen, the urologist claims that I am still undetectable. I realize that this is still probably good given the fact that at my initial diagnosis my PSA was 187.5 and quickly escalated to 240 within a matter of weeks. Anybody want to chime in and give me their opinion?

I can understand the RO not wanting to do radiation - if the PC is already out of the prostate bed, it might not be effective.
I'd say, you've got a reasonable plan - see what happens to the PSA now. If it goes bad, you can get the shot.

only part I am questioning in my mind, is that a reading of .3, while low in the bigger picture of things, is definitely detectable, way above the normal threshold of .1.
