Wassermans thread and some of the responses made me think about
this question.
My Surgeon, when I met with him for the first consult, in response to the question, told me that he defines fully continent as "no pads", shields, etc, not wearing anything. At the time, I thought that was a good definition. Now I find myself with an occasional squirt, nothing more, and VERY occasional, but not enough to have to wear a pad or a shield . And I find myself wondering, if I will ever be fully continent the way I was BEFORE surgery. Not wearing pads or shields is ok but I still get frustrated as crap when I squirt. Even if I feel, like I'm squirting but don't really squirt.
Are any of you fully continent, without having to think about
kegeling when straining, and without squirting once in a while, the way you were before surgery?
How do you define fully continent?
