When should patients start asking about involving an oncologist in their care, how can we manage quality of life issues while being treated for advanced, metastatic, and castration-resistant prostate cancer? We are discussing how to manage advanced and late stage prostate cancer with Dr Maha Hussain and panelists. Thank you very much for posting this. I will be tuned in to it today.

I listened to the broadcast yesterday and found it very good. I am considering a referral to either the Karmonos Cancer centre Detroit or the Michigan University where Maha works out of. Being a high risk G9 I expect i will need clinical trials in the future and am debating which clinic may be best . Also want to review with another group my current treatment path.
Anyone want to weigh in with advice which clinic may be best?

I have not listened to the blogcast but I assume ODM-204 is related to the ODM-201, both from Finland, bless them.
