Gentlemen-

My trimix experience over the last 3 weeks has been challenging.

My first injection - 0.1 ccs (10 units) and a 75% result on March 18th.

My 2nd injection- 0.125 ccs (12.5 units) and a 90% result (for 2 hours) on March 20th.

It has gone way downhill from there.

I have injected 6 more times working from 0.15 up to 0.23 with a 50% result.

I froze the mixture at Pharmacy's direction after 4 days, thawed and loaded syringes.

Didn't thaw enough (total elimination of ice crystals- I didn't realize this requirement) according to pharmacy and they gave me a new mix. This new mix was injected at 0.23 last night with a 50% result.

I am injecting at 2-3 or 9-10 and it is strange that it worked so well initially has lost effectiveness.

Any help or comfort would be appreciated.

I had no significant reaction with my first batch of Trimix. The second batch worked wonders. I did mix it with cialis (or it could have been Viagra), and almost almost had to visit the ER.

So take your time and persist!

I hope some more guys will chime in as I'm quite interested in the response.

We are having similar disappointments with trimix. 100% first time at 15 units. Then 80% at 12.5 units, then almost nothing at 13 and 14 units, 80% at 15 units, then almost nothing again at 15 a couple times.

It's worked 3 out of 8 times.

My trimix solution is purchased and I receive it frozen. It is in two vials. One I put in the refrigerator and after it is thawed, I only take out enough in a syringe to use for each injection. The rest is put back into the refrigerator and I can use it for a month or so. With the part that is back in the refrigerator, I have to shake it prior to getting the amount out needed for injection.

So far I have had very good results, the only time it has not worked has been when I used a dose that was 6 weeks old. It just didn't work. I have had to add additional amounts at times. My usual dosage seems to be about .02, but sometimes I have had to inject up to .05. I simply fill another syringe and add it on as I needed it to be to get the needed result.

I've mentioned this once over on FrankTalk -- it might apply to you and others but can never tell for sure. I use Bimix - which is of course 2/3 of Trimix. If I even refrigerate it to a very cold temp it will precipitate out into crystals -- or even one big crystal. That of course is the 30mg of Papaverine precipitating out. 30 mg in one ml or water is a lot to dissolve.

So yes if you did not totally have your mix dissolved again after freezing you could easily end up with a very weak formula. Also I found that once precipitated out it can be a chore to get the crystals to redissolve again if they are large -- even after running the vial under hot water for a minute or two and shaking it for some minutes.

I don't know why they told you to freeze Trimix anyways. It will last a good long while just refrigerated. But always shake the vial and check it for any crystals no matter if thawed or just from cold fridge.

The other thing that could dampen a shot might be high anxiety about the shot causing adrenaline rush? That can easily dampen even a Trimix induced erection.

Thanks to everyone.

Got my first useable erection last night with 20 units. It lasted longer than it needed to.

I took advice on here to make sure it was clear of ice crystals, and took my time when I inserted needle to make sure it had little resistance. Slowly depressed plunger and rubbed injection site for a minute.

So I am back to working between 12.5 and 20 units.

I do not understand the whole freezing thing either, as many claim to have 6 month lives with a $50 prescription.

Coming up on 3 years this October since RALP. Had no ability after surgery and radiation, and no interest in erection for 2 years on lupron.

First sex since prior to surgery, and ED problem is improving all the time.
