Post ejaculate pain?

Does anyone else experience a minute of pain immediately after ejaculating?

I have.  I didn't have any pain while on Flomax but since I've stopped the ejaculate is a wet one but it's pretty noticeable pain and burning for a minute or so.  It's almost bad enough for a few seconds for me to think, "Dang, I'm not doing this anymore."

There's even a word for it - "dysorgasmia." It's much more common after surgery, but maybe a catheter hit the pelvic nerve. Often it resolves on its own as the nerve recovers. If not, your doctor may want to try Neurontin, and if all else fails, disconnect that nerve.

I had open RP including removal of seminal vesicles back in Nov. 2011. It's good to know that I'm not the only one suffering pain (make that intense pain) just prior to and during ejaculations. Fortunately, it subsides fairly quickly and after 20 minutes or so it is usually completely gone.

I've pretty much made up my mind that a moment of ecstasy isn't worth minutes of agony😉

I'm a surgery guy and had pain sometimes intense for the first year or so post surgery. its mostly gone now...

I had RRP and I did experience pain in the first few months; but it resolved itself, except for the occasional cramp!
