Nausea from HT?

Has anyone had nausea with Lupron? DH had his 4th monthly Lupron shot about 1 1/2 weeks ago and has had nausea occasionally since. He is on intermittent HT until the PSA is undetectable again (this time, we hope). The fatigue is worsening--which we expected, but the nausea was a surprise. He has also been having cold chills in addition to the hot flashes. Any wisdom to share other than bland foods?

Haven't experienced nausea with HT shots (Zoladex or Eligard) but I can relate to cold chills in addition to relatively mild hot flashes. Seems like my thermostat is malfunctioning. Between me and my menopausal partner the temperature under the sheets is never right.
