Help! Need advice! 3 years and still not staying Hard!!

It's been 3 yrs and it seeming that nothing is working! I can't stay hard unless I take a shot of trimix. I have tried Viagra and
CIALIS. My wife has been a rock star even when it's not up. Has anyone try anything else that works! Has anyone gone beyond 3 years and the hard on comes back.
Any other methods are welcome! I used the pump before and may go back to it.

1. Penile implants - how much and does the insurance company pay for this?
2. Other meds- Chinese etc
3. Doctors using herbs
4. Treatments

Is doing the trimix a problem for you? Hate to say this out loud, but if it works, that might be the solution. Sadly, it's possible that that is a good as it gets after three years.

You should look into the implants. At the least find a doctor who specializes in ED issues (not a UROs do).

Insurance varies on this so you'd have to check with your plan.

My Urologist wrote me a prescription for a Pos-T-Vac Bos-2000, 3 months after surgery. It worked the first time and every time since then. I don't use it very often now. It helps with normal erections and is part of a Post Ralp therapy. Most insurance companies cover the cost.
