There is no specific number you reach. You get lower until you hit 'nadir' the lowest after treatment.

Since Brachy and all forms of primary radiation leave the prostate intact, the will be a lot of variation between people. Some point in 2-3 years the PSA will stop falling and level out.

Any result <.2 is considered very good. Mine was achieved immediately. Any psa that is stable over a number of years is considered a favorable result.
