Prayers for my mom

I spoke with mom last night. She told me it was time to let dad go. I told her I agree and she said " You Do?" It was as if she expected me to argue with her. I said yes mom. We had to try chemo because it f we hadn't we would have regretted it but it didn't work. It's selfish to continue a losing battle. Dad is the only one who pays the price. I believe she is finding peace.

My heart goes out to you and your mom.

I hope you are all comfortable with the decision. It sounds that way, which may be as good as it can get. I wish you nothing but peace and comfort.

Good that you've got the hospice team coming in. They were a great help and comfort to me and my family during my mother's last days.

It's never easy do this, but hospice did ease the burden a little.

A relative just passed away. He lay down in his recliner for a nap and never awoke. We can only wish such a dignified and peaceful end to all those we love. My thoughts and prayers go with you and your mom.
