Update on Dr. Visits

Great meeting today with Dr. King. He had the films from Mayo (11/2013). It showed one small external node, not much there. It is in a GREAT position to be zapped. It is as external as possible (separated from my skin only by some belly fat). It would require 5 zaps. There would be NO SE.

Of course, the problem is that my PSA was rising very fast. Sometimes, one spot does create that. He says there is a 0%-50% chance of a cure with the SBRT, probably 25%.

So, if (WHEN) my PSA starts to come back, when it gets to about 3-7, we will image it again (he said the C11 Choline at Mayo is the best). HOPEFULLY, it will still just show a spot or two. If it shows more, then it would require ZAPPING the ENTIRE abdominal node area and he does NOT recommend that.

He also did not think a recent urinary bleed was anything to worry about and not worth pursuing. (probably broken blood vessel) Yay!

That sounds like good news. We're following you journey closely. KWON wants me to have another ç11 in April when PSA rises to over 3. (it was 2 on Jan 19)
