OK, I just looked at my large(N=20), very scientific(Not!), randomized placebo controlled (NOT!) study, i.e. the poll. And here are the results so far:
(N1) or 5% of 20 of the total reporting had a low/intermediate risk combined with a sufficient (= or >30) Vitamin D level.
50%(N10) had a low-intermediate risk with an insufficient level(21-29ng/ml)
10%(N2) had low/inter with a deficient level(<19)
Looking at the low risk group as a whole(N13) and by itself, only 8% of this group were sufficient, 77% were insufficient but only 15% were actually deficient.
Among the high risk folks:
1 (5% of total both groups) had a sufficient level
2(10%) had insufficient level
4(20% of totals) were deficient.
Of the entire group of 20 men with PC(who have reported so far, could change later) 95% were insufficient.
Of the high risk group(N7) looked at separately, 14% were sufficient and 86% were insufficient or lower, and 57% were deficient.
Of both groups combined, hi + low risk, 10% had sufficient vitamin D and 90% were insufficient or lower.
So there you have it, we have settled that.

I'm not sure what, but we have settled it. OK, maybe not, but I did have fun!
