Clocknut pretty much said what I would say.

I have the cramps / numbness / pins & needles myself. After checking with the oncologists, spinal specialist, and ortho guy, we know it is due to compression of 3 vertebrae in my spine. That is caused (for me) by a combination of a lifetime of small injuries, bursitis, arthritis, osteoporosis, Zytiga, Lupron, and maybe even the PCa. We know this because of a lifetime of xrays, mris, and doctor notes.

The current treatments make it worse, but there are meds / supplements to improve it. But those need to be done under doctor's supervision, and I'm not one.

So I could blame it on the PCa, since the treatments have side effects, but I won't, since not treating would be worse. I fall into the "things fall apart as you get older" camp.

Hi Guys, I really don't mean to come off like a whiny baby, (especially to people who have had to walk the walk). I've realised that the only person that can cope with this anxiety is myself....I've always been a fatalist when it came to life....Used to race cars when I was younger, still do some rock climbing now always thought that I could out-run the grim reaper...But THIS I have NO control over and that is what I find frightening....My control is being handed over to God/Nature (you choose), and men in white coats who may or may not have other things on their plate when dealing with me. A scare like this has just floored me...Not asking for sympathy I can assure you, just some tools to help with what looks to me at the moment like a massive mountain to climb,,,Everyone who has posted here has done their best and I am really thankful for your help.....If I don't seem like I'm responding to the treatment, then it's me not you

Hey Tony, in trying to appeal to your logical side, I need to remind you that in your case, which is the same for most of us, you probably had no symptoms at diagnosis.

With that being the case, now that you know, you are most likely to attribute every little ache and pain to that nasty PCa that's "coursing" through your veins.

I did the same thing, but at the end of the day, it's only age, over-exertion, stress, anxiety, or a bad meal that's the cause.

Seeing as you love to tickle the dragon's tail by times, certainly, you know how to steer around the odd pothole in the road to avoid hitting the wall.

Well amigo....start steering the wheel and get back in the driver's seat.

Any body mention the possibility of Peripheral Neuropathy?
It took me two years before I was diagnosed correctly with this.
Pins and needles in both legs and feet. Had DVT & PE.
Finally figured out by Neuro.
