I'm on 150mg of Bicalutamide as part of a combo therapy of ADT and radiation. I finished radiation in early May, but I'll continue Bicalutamide until the end of August.

My breast, leg and foot pain are becoming more extreme and more frequent.
I'm curious if anyone else has experienced these side effects, and how long after treatement did they last?

I don't know about leg and foot, but ask your doctor if he will write you a scrip for 10 mg daily tamoxifen for the breast tenderness. That's an early sign of breast enlargement (gynecomastia), a very common SE of bicalutamide, and it's hard to get rid of once established.

Most of us want to avoid unnecessary intrusive procedures. In early stages, the fat can be dissolved with cortisone injections or liposuction. Eventually, a fibrotic network becomes established and only cutting and scraping it out will work. It's much easier to take a 10 mg tamoxifen with the daily bicalutamide. It works better than radiation.
