Oh Pratoman, it can not be. I just knew that you and the Mrs were going to be at WorriedGuys Place. I am very sad that you guys are not planning to be there. If you can rearrange your schedule it would be great to see you guys.

Some day I'd like to make it out to one of these, but this year I'll be in England at my sister-in-law's wedding while you guys are meeting.

Pratoman, maybe we can do a "road trip" during our GFMPH
meeting and come see you and your beautiful wife in Manhattan .

Just make sure you have plenty of food and of course alcohol .

I call dibs on the big bed ...and the remote ;-)

Mrs G and I will be there wed. Some time and depart Sun. Can't wait to see all my GFMPH friends. Hope to see some new faces this year. Come on guys. You won't believe how neat it is. Tell your significant other it's a surprise.

Well time is getting really close. I have 16 confirmed guys attending. Many of them will bring wives. Some are flying in others driving in. Shaping up to a really good time. Scotch tasting and cigar treats are back on the tablet for Sat evening. Only if you wish to participate. A few guys that have never been have sent emails to me for info.

If your on the fence are just curious send me an email.

The host has arranged a group discount @ $85 no NY tax at a comfy nearby hotel, same one as last several years for those who have attended in past, details on GFMPH Facebook page.

Wait! What? Is something happening that I should know about?!?!?!
YIKES!!! It is coming up soon!!!
For anyone new, the event is at my house in Rochester NY. The last weekend in Sept. (9/29, 30, 10/1, 10/2 - although quite a few folks come early, while some stay late, and some do both!!! That is ok! We love it!)

We've got the Barbeques fired up, firewood stacked by the fire pits, a local town festival, a nice Iridium satellite Flare. (Heck, last year we even had a total Lunar eclipse! That was really difficult to arrange!) Food will be provided by Tech Logistics Group.who did an excellent job last year.

Since GFMPH is a Not-for-profit organization, I "played the cancer card" and got us a deal at a nearby hotel at reduced rates and no tax.
Contact me or Cajun Jeff and we'll give you details.
Plan on having a great time - and not losing any weight!

In anticipation of the GFMPH NY event I bought a Blackstone 36" Outdoor Cooking Griddle, yesterday and started the seasoning process last night. Sonny will be so pleased! I cooked 3 pieces of bacon and 2 eggs on it - not the most efficient use of energy and vegetable oil.

I can't wait to fire it up for real!

It's hard to say that turning on your griddle is ever a waste given that proper maintenance of the cooking surface requires that you keep it hot and greasy several times a week... Minds out of the gutter, guys, we're talking about maintaining our equipment here.

Ok guys I have been checking my notes and my best guess is at this time we have 30 people attending GFMPH. That is a really nice size group. I have a a few of you that posted comments here with questions but do not have confirmation on attending. If you are planning to attend please let me know.

Know that we would live to have you join us. I promise you will not regret taking the time to attend it is life changing for many.

We were there 2 years ago and had a good time. Planning a color tour of the Northeast and it looks like we can be there on Saturday. Likely we will stay at the Canandaigua/Rochester KOA. Will PM Worried Guy for directions.

We are about 10 days away from GFMPH NY and still have plenty of room if more folks want to enjoy!
You are all invited. There is only one requirement: you are either missing or have a rotten prostate or care for someone in that position. Simple.

Once again Chef Jeff of TechLogistics Group will be preparing the goodies and has all the lunches and dinners planned for Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.
Saturday night will be spectacular! I won't spill the beans but think "sounds of summer".

If you have a camper or RV feel free to bring it. I have all the necessary hookups and can handle at least 3 more.
Come on over! We'll have food on the grill for you.
